Mentoring Program

Each participating student will receive a mentor who will support them through JR High & High School into college, military, or the workforce. Relationship will ideally continu-ing into young adulthood. YEP will provide mentors with ongoing training & access to community resources for stu-dents opportunities. To successfully transition into adult-hood.
